The dead sea scrolls were discovered in the Sinai, hidden in clay jars in caves in the hillside, where they had rested for thousands of years.     I have always that it is so totally amazing that the Dead Sea Scrolls were just found like that, so casually, and in such obvious spots, after so long. i mean, for thousands of years these scripts just sat there – the original writings of the disciples. so very cool – thanks for this post.
